Is It Time For A Check-Up?


Most people think of going to the chiropractor only when they are in pain. For some, that is sufficient. However, for many of us, regular check-ups, or scheduled adjustments, can prevent a lot of pain and problems.

Consider the following:

Do you have arthritis in your spine, hips or knees? Do you have a disc bulge, herniation or degenerative disc disease?

Do you work in awkward or sustained positions that overuse one area and underuse others? This especially applies to assembly line and desk-bound jobs.

Do you suffer from chronic headaches?

Do the number of episodes of your pain in any one area seem to be increasing with time/age?

Do you just feel stiff all the time?

If you are in any of these situations, regularly scheduled adjustments can greatly improve the quality of your life. Your body works best and does the least damage to itself when things are aligned and moving properly. People rarely consider that most arthritic conditions are a result of daily wear and tear. It is most often the little things we do not notice that are chipping away at our bone and joint structure. Think of it like having your teeth cleaned; a little prevention can save you thousands in root canals and cavities. Regular adjustments can save you a lot of money in the long run by helping to avoid problems and permanent damage.
